1. How much is tuition for the 2018-2019 school year?
2 mornings per week = $230/month
3 mornings per week = $305/month
4 mornings per week = $385/month
For your convenience, please set up the ten recurring online payments from September to June, payable on the first day of each month.
2. How can I buy Lunch Bunch sessions?
The fee for each lunch bunch is $7.00 and must be paid in advance. We ask that you purchase lunch bunch sessions in quantities of:
5 sessions = $35
10 sessions = $70
20 sessions = $140
You can pay online at the “pay tuition” tab, except please choose the dropdown “Glory Days Lunch Bunch.” If you’d rather pay by check, please remember to make all checks payable to Sammamish Presbyterian Church (or SPC) and deposit them in the box marked “Lunch Bunch” by the front desk. Cash is also fine, just be sure it’s in an envelope with your child’s name on it. We will keep track of how many sessions your child uses and send you an email when you need to purchase more.
3. When is tuition due?
Online tuition is due the first school day of each month (except September is due on the 10th).
4. Can I pay cash?
Yes! Be sure to put it in an envelope marked for Glory Days, with your child's name.
5. What if I forget to pay?
You'll receive a friendly reminder email. If payment is not received by the 10th of the month, you will be charged a $10 late fee.
6. When can I drop off payment?
Office hours are Monday-Thursday, 9:00am-3:00pm. The office is closed on Fridays.
7. What if my check bounces?
We'll contact you and ask that you issue a new check plus $25 to cover the fee charged by our bank.
8. Are monthly payments the same even if we don't have class for the full month?
Yes. The amount is the same each month from September through June. We divide our yearly tuition into ten equal payment in order to make it simple and cost effective for families.
9. Are there discounts for days missed (including snow days)?
10. Are sibling discounts offered?
Yes. We offer a 10% discount off the younger sibling's tuition. You should have received an email with the details.
11. Are scholarships available?
We do offer limited scholarships. Contact Korina for details.
12. What if I need to withdraw my student?
Should a student need to withdraw during the school year, we ask for a 30 day written notice (email is acceptable). Tuition for a current month is not refundable. With enough notice, future tuition may be pro-rated.
