Tuition FAQs

1. When is tuition due?
Tuition is due the first school day of each month. Keep in mind that the date fluctuates from month to month, so if in doubt, pay on the 1st.

2. Who do I make the tuition check out to?
Please make checks payable to Sammamish Presbyterian Church (SPC). Please also write Glory Days Preschool and your child’s name on the memo line.

3. Where do I turn in my tuition check?
There is a metal box at the front desk of the SPC office building (Building C).

4. Can I mail my check?
Yes, but be sure to put Glory Days Preschool on the envelope and memo line of the check so the church is clear what the funds are for! Our address is 22522 NE Inglewood Hill Rd., Sammamish, WA 98074.

5. What if I want to set up an automatic bank payment?
Please contact your bank and be sure that the check will be received (not issued) on the first of the month. Also be sure to have Glory Days Preschool in the memo line.

6. Can I pay tuition online?
Yes! Go to our website glorydayspreschool.org for instructions. Keep in mind that it takes 5 business days for the funds to clear. You can pay each month or set up payments for the whole school year.

7. Can I pay cash?
Yes! Be sure to put it in an envelope marked for Glory Days with your child’s name.

8. What if I forget to pay?
You’ll receive a friendly reminder email. If payment is not received by the 10th of the month you will be charged a $10 late fee.

9. When can I drop off payment?
Office hours are Monday-Thursday 9:00 to 3:00. The office is closed on Fridays.

10. What if my check bounces?
We’ll contact you and ask that you issue a new check plus $25 to cover the fee charged by our bank.

11. Are monthly payments the same even if we don’t have class for the full month?
Yes. The amount is the same each month from September through June. We divide our yearly tuition into 10 equal payments in order to make it simple and cost effective for families.

12. Are there discounts for days missed (including snow days)?
No.

13. Are sibling discounts offered?
Yes. We offer a 10% discount off the younger sibling’s tuition. You should have received an email with the details.

14. Are scholarships available?
We do offer limited scholarships. Contact Korina for details.

15. What if I need to withdraw my student?
Should a student need to withdraw during the school year, we ask for a 30 day written notice (email is acceptable). Tuition for a current month is not refundable. With enough notice, future tuition may be pro-rated.
